A low weight of just 5.0kg means the MX 27EH is an easy machine to handle when working on large areas. The ergonomic double-handled brush cutter is powered by Maruyama’s renowned AE/NC high torque commercial-grade engine.
The 25.4cc 2-stroke engine has a maximum output 0.87kw/1.16 H.P.
In keeping with Maruyama’s high technical specifications, the MX 27EH has a solid steel drive shaft and is supported by dual ball bearings. Along with a 4 bearing gearcase, and aluminium clutch housing, these features optimise durability and reliability.
Complete with shoulder strap tap ‘n’ go head and metal blade.
Power is provided by the manufactureres very own AE/NE series engines, and have been developed, and deployed across the whole range. This benchmark professional series range of engines is rugged, powerful, and designed to run season after season.
All Maruyama brush cutters emply a solid steel drive shaft to transmit engine power to the gear gase, rather than using an inferior cable drive system. Dual ball bearings support the drive shaft adjacent to the clutch to reduce vibration and shaft wear. Withing the gear case, the chrome-moly helical cut gears are supported by four ball bearings in a sealed case. This design reduces vibration and absorbs higher shock loads normally associated with carbon steel designs.
